This notice explains what information Vanora collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you use an enquiry form on this website, you give us the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, your location, and any message. The corporate gifting form also asks for your company, the number of gifts and a delivery date.

The website does not store these details. When you submit a form, they are placed into a WhatsApp message on your device, and we receive them only if you send that message. We also receive whatever you share when you call, email or message us directly.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange consultations and site visits, prepare proposals and quotes, and carry out the work you ask us to do. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Services that handle your data

  • WhatsApp (Meta), when you send us a message or use an enquiry form.
  • Google Maps, embedded on the Contact page. Google may set cookies when the map loads.
  • Google Fonts, which loads the website's fonts. Your browser sends its IP address to Google to fetch them.
  • Vercel, which hosts this website and keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure it.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages and project details for as long as we need them to respond to you and complete any work, and then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent, and raise a grievance. Email us and we will respond as soon as possible.
